At Heylife, we want you to love what you buy. If something isn't right, we're here to help with a simple and transparent return & exchange policy.


📅 Return Window

We accept return or exchange requests within 5 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • We only give refund and exchanges on damaged or invalid items sent, order once dispatched can not be returned.
  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • It must be returned in original packaging with tags intact
  • You must provide proof of purchase (invoice or order ID)

🔄 Exchange First Policy

We prioritise exchanging the item over refunding, wherever possible.

If you received:

  • The wrong product
  • A defective or damaged item
  • An incomplete order

...we will arrange an exchange or replacement at no extra cost.


💰 Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds are provided only:

  • When the product is out of stock and cannot be replaced
  • If exchange is not possible due to logistical reasons
  • Upon special approval in certain cases

Refunds (if approved) are credited within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.


🚚 Return Shipping

  • For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we cover return shipping.
  • For other reasons (e.g. change of mind), return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

📸 What We May Request

For faster processing, we may request:

  • Photos or videos showing the issue (if applicable)
  • A brief explanation of the problem

This helps us approve your exchange quickly.


📩 How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

Email us at support@heylifeshop.com within 5 days of delivery with:

  • Your Order ID
  • Reason for return or exchange
  • Supporting photos (if item is damaged/incorrect)

Our customer service team will guide you through the next steps, and your replacement/exchange will be delivered in 5-7 business days.
